The Call: Only H1B allowed?? Really?
Looks like the Antis are trying to make a BIG issue about job advertisements that say (H1B only). And I agree with the Antis here. No job application should say H1B only. It's illegal, and unneeded. Because we can compete JUST FINE with the Antis.
So, I went to their website at Bright Future Jobs to see what ads were they talking about!!
And lo and behold, all the ADs they were bantering about were from INDIAN job sites. Antis, here is some general knowledge... Naukri.com is an Indian job site, catering to Indians, in India. So, if they are trying to position someone to US, they WILL ask for H1B. It just means, they do not want to process new H1B applications, but want someone already holding H1B so that they can transfer it. Get It??
What else did you expect here? I mean, if an American cruise company, sailing off from American coast,is going to take you to, say, Bahamas, and mention "Passport and Visa necessary", do you expect the Bahamians to cry foul that they are excluded from visiting their own areas of attractions?
Or, if a Japanese Tour company advertises online for a tour of San Francisco, and says "Visitor Visa necessary", will you cry foul that you are not being allowed to visit San Francisco even if you are an US citizen?
How naive can you be, Antis, how naive can you be!!! Sigh!!

Conference call: To teach Antis how to post!!!
How to Post for Maximum Impact
Conference Call tomorrow night, 7:15pm Central
Labor Day marks the beginning of national discussions on the corporate visa programs that allow companies to legally bypass the US workforce. Most tech workers see this bypass and confront this bypass when they are looking for jobs. But most recent college grads will never see or confront this issue because they will never be considered for jobs their degrees qualify them to do.
This is the power of employment discrimination. This issue will be part of a national conversation on comprehensive immigration reform if we tell the truth about our own circumstances.
Businessweek will be posting their article on H-1b exploitation on Wednesday. Join me to discuss why the "culture of bypass" is the necessary precondition to create the "culture of exploitation."
Scheduled Conference Date: Tuesday, July 21, 2009
Scheduled Start Time: 07:15 PM Central Daylight Time
Scheduled End Time: 07:55 PM Central Daylight Time
Type of Conference: Standard
Dial-in Number: 1-219-509-8111
Participant Access Code: 798504
Reservation:
NO, just dial in at 7:15pm Central
Text of Email Sent Last Week:
This culture of exploitation among IT labor contractors could not occur without the legal protections to bypass the US workforce. This is why the corporations are fighting hard to defend this protection and defeat the Durbin bill (S. 887).
Readers may not make the connection between this corporate malfeasance and the bypass of qualifed citizens and green card holders - but your posts can. Make sure your posts mention the Durbin bill (S.887).
Here's some talking points on corporate protections affored by visa programs:
* The H-1b corporate visa program is responsible for these crimes because it protects corporations from ever considering local talent and opening the door to this culture of exploitation. Passing the Durbin bill will end this culutre of exploitation.
* Protectionist measures in the current corporate visa programs are poisoning the IT industry - no corporation should be protected from the consequences of discriminatory hiring practices.
* American labor laws and EEO have had a powerful impact on American society. These visa programs protect corporations from employing a workforce that knows their rights and can exercise them. That's why corporations don't want the Durbin bill (S. 887) to pass.
* Far from protecting the US workforce, the Durbin bill (S.887) will give us a chance to compete for job openings in our own country, thus preventing these corporate crimes.
* It's the responsibilty of the federal government to ensure that we have the freedom to compete- and we will get this freedom to compete when S.887 passes.
* If these companies were required to seek local talent first, these shakedowns would virtually disappear.
* The discriminatory practice of recruiting abroad for US job openings now breeds a form of exploitation unimaginable to 21st century Americans. These cheats could never swindle Americans this way.
Our posts promoting the Durbin bill will be watched -- and measured -- by Congressional supporters of the Durbin bill and all of the players who will be at the table when this issue comes up in the fall.
Your posts supporting the bill and defending American labor and talent will let all the players know that American IT professionals are standing up for what they want and shaping the circumstances of our lives.

Bigot Anti: Case 1
I'll start giving some examples. For example, the great SpamInventor Mike Amorose writes in this post:
http://guestworkerfraud.com/india-stink/#000555
These young Indian kids are so weak. They dream of going to the west but something as trivial as losing a job made him commit suicide:
Then again, another post of his says:
Just as Kevin Flanagan fatally shot himself in a Bank of America parking lot after being replaced by foreign workers, this case is probably similar. This is the kind of country we are heading towards if mass immigration is not stopped.
In both cases, a person failed to cope up with losing job, and killed themselves. However, for the Antis, one is a "weak Indian kid", and another is an "American martyr".
This, my friends, is a classic example of bigotry. A pretty common thing in the world of Antis.
Enjoy!!
Pair jailed for web race crimes
Read More
From Slashdot:
"Two British men have become the first to be jailed for inciting racial hatred online. The men believed that material they published on web servers based in the United States did not fall under the jurisdiction of UK law and was protected under the First Amendment. This argument was rejected by the British trial judge. After being found guilty, the men fled to Los Angeles, where they attempted to claim political asylum, again arguing that they were being persecuted by the British government for speech that was protected under the First Amendment. The asylum bid was rejected and the two were deported back to the UK after spending over a year in a US jail."
Does it remind folks of some websites, like, the one in Panama? ;-)

Michael Amorose, revisited
Just saw this link.
http://cimota.com/blog/2008/03/21/loonies-all-around/
You MUST read the comments section of that post. No wonder this guy cannot find a job anywhere. Who, in his true mind, would want to hire someone like THAT!! Not me, not me!!
You can find about him more at this link:

Outsourced Amtrak train... Outsourced??
http://guestworkerfraud.com/incredible-india/#000536
and just couldn't stop laughing. How in the world can you outsource a train? I mean, you can outsource the IT department of a rail company, you can outsource the software/hardware of the train, but how can you "outsource" a train?
So, Amtrak outsources its IT department. What has that got to do with an Amtrak train hitting a pedestrian?
Let's look at the report, shall we:
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2009/07/04/BAOC18J0A9.DTL
Let me quote:
Deputy Coroner T. Engel of Alameda County said Friday evening that both victims appear to have been killed instantly by blunt trauma, and that the incidents are "both possibly suicide."
...
He said that in both incidents it appears that the victims were trespassing on the tracks.
I guess committing suicide is getting offshored now. :-). Simply hilarious how far the Antis would go to promote their vested interest using two unfortunate accidents. No respect for a human life here.

itgrunt.com gone??!!
Seems like the good people at the hosting site took the action. Itgrunt.com is gone. Poof!! Kaput!!
And he is talking about taking the hosting to.... Panama. Oh right, none of the US hosting companies will host TunnelRat's hate speech.
And yet, he still doesn't get it. What a knucklehead.

All H1Bs are frauds. Are they??
One of the primary lies concocted by the Antis is... "All H1Bs are Frauds". Some of the variants are:
1. Most, if not all H1Bs cook their resumes.
2. Most if not all H1Bs have fake educational credentials.
3. Most if not all H1Bs lie on their job applications.
etc.
Let's look at it from the available data perspective. USCIS, on September,2008, conducted a major audit of the approved H1B applications. You can find the full report here:
USCIS H1B report
[ Did you notice I didn't try to fudge the facts and provided you with the real source of data, just the opposite of Antis? ]
If you want the findings, scroll over to pages 7 and 8. Here, I'll post the real data for you from the report:
The percentage breakdown is as follows:
Fraud: 13.4% (33 cases)
Technical Violation(s): 7.3% (18 cases)
Overall Violation Rate: 20.7% (21%)
So, the number of fraudulent cases were 13%. Remember, technical violation doesn't include fraud. It's mostly wrongly filled forms etc.Even if you include them, it's at 20%.
Now, 20% is not equal to 100%. 20% is not even equal to 50%. Right? RIGHT?
There is no justification for fraud. The fraudulent entities should be prosecuted and brought down. However, there is also no justification of saying 20% represents "most if not all", except when you are looking at the vocabulary of the Antis.
Now, let's compare apples to apples. Let's check the fraud rates in some other categories of visas. Did you know that the fraud rate in "religeous worker" category, according to the GAO report, is at 33%? Do you know that visa applications filed by American Citizens to get their foreign spouse here has 14% fraud rate?
Then why single out H1Bs? Oh I know why. Because Antis don't like competition. That's why!! I wonder who is the fraud here!!

Illegal American immigrants in India... are they?
No Wait, what is this news story at msnbc saying:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12098123/
BANGALORE, India - After graduating from Northwestern University last year, Nate Linkon contemplated job offers in Chicago and New York. But he chose a less conventional path and started his career here, in India’s booming tech capital.
The 22-year-old Milwaukee native works in marketing at Infosys Technologies Ltd., India’s second-largest software exporter. He’s part of a small but growing number of young Americans moving to Bangalore and other Indian cities to beef up their resumes, launch businesses or study globalization in one of the world’s fastest-growing economies.
Now, if there are "laws" on the "book" barring Americans from working in India, these folks must be doing something illegal? Illegal American Immigrants in India, are they? :-)
Folks, these are the kind of lies the Antis perpetrate. They will throw their fellow americans under the bus at any point of time to get ahead. So, beware!!!
Michael Amorose: Aka Mike: Aka Vivek
http://www.omnigroup.com/mailman/archive/macosx-dev/2008-March/061015.html
All the spin in the world will not change facts.
My TWO phone interviews were in Oct. 2006 so that was after you became
manager. After the second "interview" it became clear to me that your
company has no interest in hiring a seasoned 16+ year Mac veteran and
author of 18 successful commercial Mac products. If those qualifications
are not good enough, then your goal is obviously something other than
hiring the best.
The fact is, like so many companies today, you run a cheap imported
labor sweat shop and when your cheap, inexperienced, third-world
programmers can't do the job, you "interview" people like me to get the
knowledge you need to give to your people who can't otherwise do the
work. Your compatriot, Tenzen Wild informed me the two "programmers" the
candidate would be working with where imported from China with little
experience.
Any company which conducts exploitative interviews is committing fraud
and fraud is a criminal act. Criminal and "legitimate" do not go together.
You claim to have hired "4 full-time Mac developers". Will you please
tell the list their names, nationalities, and how we can contact them?
Put your money where your mouth is and prove it to us. I am willing to
wager $1000 that at least 3 of them are imported cheap-labor foreign
nationals. Do you have the guts to accept a $1000 bet? In fact, I have
notified DHS, ICE, BCIS and the FBI that you are conducting visa fraud
because you are pretending to hire Americans, when in fact you are doin
the opposite. Do you think we are all stupid?
I see that you yourself are from Belgium.
One can hardly imagine a more America-hating socialist
European nation than that.
I don't doubt your work has been on the covers of major fashion
magazines - it's not surprising given the corrupt nature of the fashion
industry. Just because you are successful does not mean you are honest.
I would warn all serious American Mac developers to stay as far away
from Box as possible because they have no intention of hiring you. They
only want to gain your knowledge for free and give it to their cheap
imported programmers who are incompetent.
This is the age of exploitative interviews. And Box is the master of that.
Mike
Wow!!! Really Wow!! One single mail, and you have berated
a legitimate company (read the full thread to see what other
Americans said), all Belgium immigrants, Chinese immigrants
and Fashion industry, all the while beating your own drum
how you are THE BEST!!! Wow!!! You ARE GOOD!!!

What other Americans thing about the Antis
"Leave the slumdogs alone. I am glad you guys are getting your asses raped.
It was you punks, the symbolic analysts, that have destroyed American industry.
You think IT outsourcing is bad? Just look around you morons, the entire manufacturing is outsourced to an enemy country(China). This is a clear and present danger.
I have no sympathy for the symbolic analysts in the form of stock analysts, programmers, auditors, lawyers etc.
You PARASITES are the reason for destroying manufacturing in this once great country and all in the name of automation, efficiency and redundancy.
Are you getting raped in the ass as a result of redundancy or cheaper alternatives? Die motherfuckers, die! Now its your turn.
The average American/Canadian gives a flying fuck as to what fate awaits y'all.
11:11 AM"
This is about the racist (in the word of another American) posts at itgrunt.com
"How much ever i respect your zeal and initiative to get something done, against all this exploitation of the American worker, but in that adrenaline rush, you guys come across as being xenophobic racists. I would love to show this blog to my colleagues and spread the word, but cant because it just comes across like another racially motivated hate site.
I did show this blog some days back at work, and nobody took it seriously, if you guys do have another site which is more serious and professional, let me know, i'd love to spread the word around."
Grow up Antis, Grow Up!!
Some more:
"Wayne said...
"Don't be surprised if the attacks that started in Australia migrate to our shores."
Is that why you have a picture of a (presumably) Indian beaten to shit in a hospital bed in an article that otherwise has NOTHING to do with violence?
You need to stop advocating violence; ... , you ruin the cause by spouting outright hate speech and trying to incite violence. You can say "We need to fix the H1-B visa and give American IT workers jobs again" without saying "Everyone needs to start beating the shit out of any Indians they see"."
Haaa Ha!!!
Do you realize now, Antis, Americans are NOT fools? They are not only not falling for your FUD, they actually distaste your "in-sur-gen-C".
More to come.

FUD: India is the most protectionist nation of the world
Let's see, how much of it is true.
1. Americans are not allowed to work in India. WAIT!!! Is that true? Then what is the "Employment [E] visa" is for? Here is the information about how to apply for the visa:
https://indiavisa.travisaoutsourcing.com/guidelines?id=6
Points to be noted:
a. It DOES NOT require you to provide your educational credentials, unlike H1B, which has stringent requirements.
b. Where IS the quota? If India is protectionist, ahem... "most" protectionist, then WHERE IS THE FRIGGING QUOTA???
So, Antis, get off your sorry asses, and go get a job in India, that is, if you are capable of that. Next thing you know how India is a country full of slums, and they shouldn't go there and stuff.
2. I'm not finished yet. Here is my question for you. Does US allow an immigrant, even if he has served in US military, put his life on line, fought for civil rights, or done anything unthinkable, to be the President of the United States? Will Arnold Schwarzenegger be ALLOWED, remember the word, ALLOWED to be the President? Even if he has 99% of people voting for him, he won't be ALLOWED to be the President!!!
Lo and behold. It IS allowed in India. In fact, we voted an Italian born woman to the position of Prime Minister (same as President in the USA), only for her to choose someone else she thought more suitable for the position. But she was not barred by policies. She was not barred by constitution.
So, Antis... what do you think? India is still the "most protectionist" country in the world? Huh?

Ajay Banga, the new number 2 of Mastercard: Antis suck thumb
Ajay Banga, a veteran retail banker who runs Citigroup Inc.'s Asia-Pacific business, is leaving the New York company to become the No. 2 executive at MasterCard Inc.
Ajay Banga may give a fresh marketing jolt to MasterCard.
The 49-year-old Mr. Banga will become president and chief operating officer at MasterCard in August, making him the heir apparent to Chief Executive Robert Selander. As part of the move, Mr. Selander will give up duties as president of the Purchase, N.Y., company, which processes electronic payments.

Closer ties between US and India: Secretary of State
"Now that the government is in place, we are moving quickly to strengthen our ties. Our senior career diplomats, Undersecretary of State Bill Burns and newly minted Assistant Secretary of State Bob Blake, have returned from India this weekend to tell me of the enormous potential for progress in our relationship with New Delhi."
"After the Cold War ended, President (Bill) Clinton opened a new chapter of engagement with India," Clinton said.
"Talks between former Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott and his Indian counterpart helped to establish a new foundation for our relationship. And of course, my husband and daughter had an extraordinary visit toward the end of his term in office," Clinton said.
The Secretary of State termed the Indo-US nuclear deal as the second era and said the Obama Administration is determined to take it to the third stage.
"This landmark accord, which the Obama administration is fully committed to implementing, provides a framework for economic and technical cooperation, between our two countries, and allows us to move beyond our concerns about the status of India's nuclear program, an issue that dominated our relationship for much of the last decade," Clinton said.
I guess Clinton and Obama, both are fools. What say you, Antis?
Americans are fools. Are they?
"Indians think Americans are fools".
As I said in my previous post... NO WE DO NOT.
However, what bothers me to justify the separate post is their attitude towards other fellow Americans.
For example, take a look at the sister website of itgrunt.com. It's at http://www.h1bpimps.com/
Some excerpts:
"Christine Doyle, H-1B Call Girl For Google "
"Jena Baker McNeill - Fat Lying Whore"
"Reid Hoffman, LinkedIn CEO and H[indu]-1B Pimp"
Sometime back, I had someone forward to me some internal communications of these guys, where they were talking about some fellow Americans having a sane discussion on Dice forums. Here are some excerpts:
"MaryinChicago [another fellow American lady] is a dog, her English writing style does not have any element of American spoken language, American slang, and American 'culture'. - EricSmith"
"our problem we can't get volume, a lot [of fellow Americans] don't want to do anything - codeit"
Now tell me this. Who considers that Americans are fools? Indians, or these xenophobic Antis?
It does not stop with the fellow American citizens. Here are some excerpts I got from the same mail:
"I am playing around with their caste system..maybe they will fight against each other, like Ro_han is higher than nym 2 - codeit"
A cannot see an average American stoop so low just to further his/her own agenda. Do you?

The "insurgency" is having a taxed-enough-already party? What!!!
http://itgrunt.com/2009/06/insurgency-is-having-tea-party.html
http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/eve/1216252179.html
Does the "insurgency" (ahem!!) know the meaning of "TEA" party. It's a protest by people who believe they are "Taxed Enough Already". That would include immigrants and workers on H1B and L1 also. Then how can a TEA party be a protest against immigrants and worker visas?
Or are you just trying to piggy back on some completely unrelated cause, because you just don't have enough support? Maybe, just maybe, Americans see the FUD you are trying to spread?
Some of the FUDs I have come across in different boards spread by a handful of people:
1. Indians hate African Americans. What!! And why is that? Because they are black? And what are we? Browns!! Why would we hate African Americans when they were getting persecuted by xenophobes like you not too long ago, just like you are trying to pull it off on Indians now. Get it?
2. Indians don't hire Americans. The strangest thing is, this comes from a person, who, right now, is hired and happily employed under an Indian manager. Now what do you call it? Hypocrisy is too lite a word for it. Backstabbing hypocrite .... maybe.
3. Indians think Americans are fools. Being an Indian, I find this idea laughable at best. This is one of the greatest nations, built by Americans. The land of opportunity, built by Americans. The spearhead of innovation, built by Americans. No sane person will think Americans are fools. Yet, these bunch of morons wants to perpetrate this notion that "Indians think Americans are fools". NO WE DO NOT.
They are so desperate to perpetrate their lies that they show up on different forums with Indian pseudonyms, and try to denigrate America. More than once, I have exposed them for doing that. I mean, can it be any more lame than that? Even some fellow Antis feel that way. :-)
On the other hand, I get the perception it's the other way around. These bunch of racist xenophobes are the ones who think that rest of the Americans are fools. If you go through their posts, it's pretty obvious. There are repeated mentions of how the rest of the Americans "... just don't get it". Really, folks, what do you think? The rest of the Americans are fools, and you are the smartest of all?
I'll cover more on later posts. Happy reading.
Bush traded American jobs for Indian Mangos??? Huh?
I came across this post:
http://itgrunt.com/2009/06/bush-traded-american-jobs-for-indian.html
Now, can someone be any more dumb than THIS. Suggesting that the President of the Most powerful nation of the world sealed a Nuclear deal in exchange of... Mangos?
And then, in the video, comes the suggestion that irradiated mangos "glow" in the dark? Huh? And these are the people who think they deserve jobs that need brains? Let me just quote something about irradiated foods in US:
Some U.S. supermarkets carry irradiated food products today ranging from fresh tropical fruit from Hawaii or Florida, dehydrated spices and ground meat products.
A facility in Florida has been irradiating strawberries and other fruits on a limited basis, to prolong shelf life. On a trial basis, fresh tropical fruits from Hawaii have been irradiated before shipping them to the mainland, instead of fumigating them to eliminate the fruit fly pests that could spread to the mainland. Some spices for commercial use have been irradiated. In addition irradiation is widely used to sterilize a variety of medical and household products, from hip joint implants to bandaids and baby pacifiers.
Other technologies used to sterilize fruits, spices and medical devices use toxic chemicals, such as ethylene oxide. Use of irradiation can reduce the use of these other hazardous substances.
Now tell me, do these folks have no capability to find out about food irradiation by doing some basic google searches, or they are more interested in spreading propaganda?
Some of the comments are even dumber than the original post. Especially look at this:
"You hit the nail right on the head - India has threatened us multiple times with nuclear war if we don't give them our jobs. That's the REAL reason this is happening. There was also a news story of a Senator a few years back who got corned in a room of unemployed Americans who asked him why he was pushing for more guest worker visas and he said "India has one billion people and nuclear weapons" - a clear sign that they had threatened us."
This, when India doesn't even have a warhead that can reach anywhere close to USA. How the heck then India "threaten" US with nuclear warfare?
I have never seen more stupid FUD than this. Have you?

Debunking FUDs, myths and lies spread by the Antis
Fortunately, they represent only a negligible section of otherwise sane, non-racist American population. however, this negligible section is on a hate campaign to instigate the rest of the people.
This blog will be used to debunk the lies they propagate, and show their true colors. Happy reading.
